UNLEASH THE CHAMPION INSIDE YOU

You are invited to become part of our tradition

Emerald Ridge has a tradition of building champions with hard work, hard effort, and lots of fun.  We want YOU to be part of our growing tradition.  Join us for our summer conditioning program beginning on June 3.

Our program is built on three pillar statements that will prepare athletes to excel as distance runners and as students.

1. We believe that the best way to do something is always the hard way
2. We believe that the endless pursuit of excellence always ends with performing our best.
3. We believe that making ourselves better occurs when we invest in teammates and challenge them to be better.

In an age where hard work and personal challenge are viewed as unappealing, cross country is the sport that trains the body and mind through self-discipline and accountability.  We are mentally tough and physically fit, and we are proud of the hard work that makes us that way.

For more about our three pillars, read the Cross Country Culture Blueprint.
